Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the parlo website at parlo.aioomi.com (the “site”), run by Yevhen Shcherbynskyi, a private individual in Warsaw, Poland, who publishes parlo under the name Aioomi. By using the site, you accept them.

What the site is

The site gives information about parlo: what it does, how to install it, and its documentation. It is free, provided as is, and may change or be unavailable at any time. We try to keep it accurate, but the documentation can lag behind the software or contain mistakes.

The software has its own licence

These terms don’t cover the parlo software. parlo is licensed separately, under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 (also at polyformproject.org): free for noncommercial use. Commercial use needs a separate licence: write to contact@aioomi.com.

No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the content is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Polish law allows, Aioomi is not liable for any damage that results from using the site or from relying on its content, including the commands and examples it shows. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, such as liability for damage caused intentionally, or the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

The site links to sites run by others, such as GitHub. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or availability; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the competent Polish court, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. If you are a consumer, this doesn’t take away the protection the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you.

Changes

These terms are effective from 1 November 2026. We may change them; the current version is always on this page, with the date it takes effect, and applies to your use of the site from that date.
